これはたぶん class_eval string がうまくいってない。
time のずれはよく分からない。

これは base_test.rb だけ実行している (-I connections/native_sqlite3)。
ActiveRecord::SubclassNotFound: The single-table inheritance mechanism failed to locate the subclass: 'NULL'. This error is raised because the column 'type' is reserved for storing the class in case of inheritance. Please rename this column if you didn't intend it to be used for storing the inheritance class or overwrite Topic.inheritance_column to use another column for that information.

は sqlite3 (と sqlite3-ruby) の問題ぽい。sqlite-3.3.4 だとこの辺は問題なさげなのだが。sqlite3 の CVS に anonymous でつながらないのはどうしてだろう。
rails 1-2-stable + ruby 1.8.5-p12 と比較すべきだなあ。 (追記:) 同じだった。うー。
